Screenshots

There are a lot more applications than this few. and I made no screenshots of the Text/aureal-UI so check it out for yourself! ...but don't forget to subscribe to at least jaugment-announce to hear about new apps, bugfixes, improvements. That's recommed for a reason.
a recent snapshot of the new AR-UI
You see: Me looking up a word in The New Hackers Dictionary.
Other contexts allow: translating between arbitrary languages, full-text-searching historic(and recent) texts, looking up biographies, ...
("add to playlist" is there because I clicked on a "text/URL" and these actions are bound to this mime-type.)
(I'll try to add a full-text-index of Bible,Koran,Tora,... so you can impress by knowing the psalm,sure,... of a quotation as you can already do with shakespeare. ;) )
An early alpha of the 3D-user-interface with some experimental code to display the image of a camera in the background. The image seen is from a CCD-camera atached to a cheap telescope facing the moon-eclipse in Germany, 2001.
It has advanced quite a bit scince this shot was taken and I am experimenting with integrating it with 3dwm.
An early experiment for later augmented-vision-code.
The image is taken from the camera and convoluted to give a simple edge-detection.
(Color and framerate are still problematic. As piping the image through JAI is complex and the codec is written in Java.
A native version using SSE2/MMX will come. ;) )
This will allow later experiments with things like night-vision(IR), see-through-walls(you have the plan of the building), marking the path to an office you look for on the floor(3D-UI,tracking) and other interesting things
I'm just browsing the file-system (it's a directory-context too) and selecting a file from an m3u for playing.
(I added support for ID3-tags and some indexing for things like: "play a some files from X that is in mood Y in random order".)
You can ssh (anyone still using telnet out there?) to use any command-line app on any system to do what jAugment can't (yet) do.
Hey: Why do you need a console to admin the network? You are your own console!
(Layout will change to work out better on small screens and I hope to once support ssh2.)
